In the archeological sites, according to the complexity of it, we will be assited by specialists. During the whole trip, your guide is going to provide informations on historical facts regarding the program and much more. Beside the visits, during the trip we will structure two lectures with Proffessional Historians. The aim is to enrich the experience with a better knowledge as well.

Absolutely this Balkan Tour includes all the best sites. Also we follow a culinary route as well. Obviously i am happy to suggest the best places and dishes according to the personal taste of each traveler. As a rule i don’t book for meals and accomodation. On the other hand, with a request, i can arrange meals and accomodation.
Day 1: Tirana
Meet with the guide at the airport. Following transfer to the hotel and some time for refreshment. Meet again and a short presentation of the tour. Evening visit of the capital which Includes the Pyramid of Tirana, the central square and its mos representative buildings and entrance in the History Museum. Late evening in the lively area of Blloku.
Day 2: Apollonia and Berat (UNESCO)
Meet the guide in the lobby following a short presentation of the day and transfer to Apollonia. In the site a specialist archeologist will assist us. Following our program, transfer to Berat (UNESCO). Visit of Berat. Additionally the visit to the city includes the Lower and the Upper Neighborhoods. Furthermore the lower part is a UNESCO historical site due to its remarkable architecture. Besides, in the upper part, we will find a great collection of Byzantine Art. Evening free.
Day 3: Ohrid (UNESCO)
Morning transfer to North Macedonia. Undoubly the city of Ohrid, perched on the slopes of a hill is unique. The evening follows with the visit of the old part. Here we find remains of the foundation of the city and as well some remarkable architecture. Furthermore we will have a boat trip on the lake. Evening is free time for leisure.
Day 4: Skopje
Transfer to Skopje. The Capital of North Macedonia is undoubly the most bizarre capital of the Balkans. Due to the restauration plan that is going on, the capital numbers a big number of monuments. The most impressive is the Macedonian Soldier located in the main square. Evening free.
Day 5: Prishtina and Prizren
Today we cross the border to Kosovo. This is the newest country on the Planet Earth. We will visit the capital and the second largest city, Prizren. On the way a visit to a winery is possible. Is there any other better way to leave the country but with a glass of wine? Overnight in Peja.
Day 6: Kolasin and Podgorica
Day 7: Lovcen National Park and Kotor (UNESCO)
Montenegro is well knows for its beaches and less for its National Parks. We will visit the amazing Lovcen National Park. Following a scenic drive to Kotor (UNESCO). The old part of Kotor is a remarkable example of Venetian Archiecture. The old alleys of the town have a unique charm. Evening free in Kotor.
Day 8: Budva and Saint Stephan

This allows us to have enough time to organize it. This trip is suitable for children, adults and disabled people. Level of fitness, terrain and walking hours are moderate. As a rule sport outfit and good walking shoes. Furthermore in summer we recommend to wear a hat and sun cream because of the heat.
